By using Ayat Bridge's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any classes.
1. Our Services
Ayat Bridge provides live 1-on-1 online Quran classes for children and adults via video conferencing. Our teachers are qualified, DBS-checked, and Ijazah-certified. Classes are conducted in English, Arabic, and Urdu.
2. Free Trial Class
- Every new student is entitled to one free trial class
- The free trial must be booked via our website
- No credit card or payment is required for the free trial
- Each household is entitled to one free trial per service type
3. Enrolment & Payments
- Classes are charged on a monthly subscription basis
- Fees are due in advance at the start of each billing period
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card
- Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days' notice
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Student cancellations:
- Classes cancelled with at least 24 hours notice will be rescheduled at no charge
- Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited
- Maximum 2 reschedules per month are permitted
Teacher cancellations:
- If a teacher cancels, a replacement class will always be offered
- Persistent teacher unavailability entitles you to a pro-rata refund
5. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date
- Partial refunds are available for unused classes in the billing period
- No refunds are issued for completed classes
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
6. Code of Conduct
Students and parents agree to:
- Treat teachers with respect at all times
- Not record sessions without prior written consent
- Ensure a suitable, private learning environment
- Not share login credentials or class links with third parties
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund for serious misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, lesson plans, and content created by Ayat Bridge teachers remain the intellectual property of Ayat Bridge. Students may not reproduce, share, or sell these materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ayat Bridge is not liable for technical issues outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party platform failures). In such cases, we will reschedule the affected class at no additional cost.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
